Full description
Department of Environment, Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV335497.
Fossend bridge road bridge over railway. Circa 1844 by i k brunel. Built of coursed large blocks of grey-coloured limestone this is a single span fly bridge across a railway cutting. It has a plain segmental arch. There is a plain projecting stringcourse at road level and the parapet above has rounded coping. Each end the parapet walls curve to shallow terminal piers which project externally only (doe).
