Full description

Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance Survey 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.

Orchards are shown extending from Cornworthy to the remains of the priory gateway to the west.

Royal Commission on the Historical Monuments of England, 1992, Cornworthy Priory (Report - Survey). SDV346583.

An area of low scarps delimited by a substantial terrace to the south, a hedge-line and the remains of a former building complex to the north and Court Prior Farm to the east. The earthworks represent orchard ridging, farm tracks and later boundaries.
