Summary
A scatter of prehistoric flints was found here (tm 304 : higher six acres) by mrs n. Pearce. A total of 179 pieces was collected (91 flint and 88 chert) including flint: 1 axe, 14 scrapers, 7 blades, 2 possible knives; chert: 12 scrapers, 1 awl, 5 blades, 5 notched, 2 are 'chocolate' chert (emafu).
