Summary

A scatter of prehistoric flints was collected in this field by mrs n. Pearce (tm 33 : smiths close, 34 : oat arish and 35 : broad close, finds labelled 34 & 35). A total of 111 pieces was collected of which 30 are flint and 81 chert. The group includes flint: 2 scrapers, 4 blades; chert: 7 scrapers, 1 notched, 1 awl (emafu). Single axe accessioned by ram museum, exeter, from this site (mus).
