A scatter of prehistoric flints was collected by mrs n. Pearce from this field (tm no.163). A total of 102 pieces was collected of which 76 are flint and 25 chert and 1 portland chert. The group includes, flint: 18 scrapers, 1 blade, 1 awl, 1 serrated flake, 1 polished flake? 1 flake of unusual brown colour; chert: 4 scrapers (emafu).
