A scatter of prehistoric flints was found in this field (tm 1147 : nap breach) by n. Pearce. A total of 250 pieces was found (110 flint, 140 chert) including flint: 16 scrapers, 3 notched, 12 blades, 1 serrated blade; chert: 5 scrapers, 5 notched, 9 blades, 1 awl (emafu).
