A narrow strip (about 7m wide) along the eastern edge of this field was examined by N Pearce during the insertion of a water pipeline. Fifty-one pieces of worked flint (10 flint, 41 chert) were collected. They appear to represent a continuation of the scatter found to the north and contain a significant Mesolithic element. The group includes 1 flint blade, 3 chert scrapers, 2 chert notched, 1 twin bulb. Other details: Archive.
