A narrow strip (c7m wide) along the eastern side of this field (Tithe Map 2057 : 3 Acres) was examined by N Pearce during the insertion of a water pipeline. A total of 39 prehistoric flints was collected (6 flint, 33 chert). Other details: Archive.
