Summary

A scatter of prehistoric flints was collected in this field by n. Pearce (part of tm field no 1617 : common pasture). A total of 368 flints was collected of which 75 are flint, 292 chert and 1 portland chert. The group includes, flint: 11 scrapers; chert: 13 scrapers, 16 blades, 2 notched blades, 7 notched flakes, 1 awl/adze roughout?, 2 hammer stones and 1 arrowhead (emafu).
