A scatter of prehistoric flints was found in this field (Tithe Map field No 1123 : Broad Croft) by N Pearce. A total of 56 pieces was found comprising 33 pieces flint and 23 pieces chert. The group includes flint: 8 scrapers; chert: 1 awl, 1 blade, a possible microlith. Other details: Archive.
