A small group of prehistoric flints was collected from this field (tm 1782 : long close, 1783 : cawleys plot) by n. Pearce. A total of 20 pieces was collected of which 15 are flint and 5 chert. The group includes flint: 7 scrapers, 4 blades; chert: 5 blades, 6 scrapers (emafu).
