One of a group of huts on the north bank of the River Walkham. (Butler’s hut 5) Measures 3.5 metres in diameter and has an annex added to one side in the usual manner.

Hut circle forming outlying part of unenclosed settlement. Terraced into hillslope. Stone and earth walls 1.2 metres wide, 0.5 metres high, defining area 3.1 metres in diameter. Clearly defined doorway into annexe attached to the southern wall; walls 2.5 metres long, 1.9 metres wide, 0.3 metres high.
