Summary

A free-standing hut circle with a semi-circular yard attached to the NE side associated with an extensive settlement of huts and enclosures, south of Legis Tor. SX 57401 65316. A ruinous hut circle with disturbed stony walls and an interior diameter of 8.9m. A low bank representing a ruined annex or yard is attached to the NE side.

22/02/1993 (SX 57406531) Hut circle terraced into the hillslope, and of the conjoined plan, rubble bank and single orthostat walling type.
The interior of the southern room measures 8.6m in diameter and is defined by a 1.7m wide rubble wall standing up to 0.5m high. The doorway faces east-south-east, measures 1.5m wide, is lined on both sides and is partly blocked with loose rubble.
The northern room measures 5.8m in diameter and is defined by a 1.4m wide single orthostatic wall standing up to 0.7m high. A gap in the wall between the two rooms, represents an inter-connecting passage.

(07/02/2005) Centred SX 5745 6534. Eight hut circles, two enclosures and fragments of contemporary walling lie on the moderate southern flank of Legis Tor.
A solitary hut and adjoining enclosure lie at the south-west of the site at SX 5740 6532. The hut is 6.0m in internal diameter with walls 1.5m wide and 0.6m high. The sub-circular enclosure lies immediately south of the hut and measures 10m north-east to south-west by 7.6m and has a gap in the north-eastern end.
