Full description

Visited in 1992. Hut circle terraced into the hillslope. Simple plan and coursed stone walls type. The interior measures 2.2 metres in diameter and is defined by a 1.3 metres wide wall standing up to 0.8 metres high. The doorway faces east and is partially blocked. This stone hut circle was not surveyed or excavated by the Dartmoor Exploration Committee in 1905. Archaeological deposits therefore probably survive intact within this structure.
