1992 (SX 5614 8421) This stone hut circle is linked to an enclosure boundary wall. It survives as an earthwork, is terraced into the hillslope and is of the simple plan type. The interior measures 4m in diameter and is defined by a 1.9m wide wall standing up to 0.5m high. The doorway faces south.

(27/05/2004, Fletcher M. J., English Heritage Field Investigation) Sixteen hut circles set on a fairly steep east-south-east facing moorland hillslope above a wide sheltered river valley within a fragmentary enclosure.
SX 5612 8421 Terraced into the steep slope with a 0.5m high backscarp. Internal diameter 5m by 3m with a heather boulder wall. No entrance visible.
