Visited in 1992. Hut circle situated within a large enclosure. It is terraced into the hillslope and is of the simple plan and double orthostat walling type. The interior measures 6 metres in diameter and is defined by a 2 metres wide wall standing up to 0.6 metres high. The doorway faces south-east and is lined on one side with an upright slab. Excavation by the Dartmoor Exploration Committee in 1893 revealed the dividing wall, which still survives as an earthwork and a paved floor. The excavators believed this hut was a cattle pen because they found no trace of a hearth. This building forms part of a cluster of stone hut circles situated around the northern edge of the large enclosure.

Hut Circle '8' of 5.8 metres diameter at 'Ger Tor North-east' settlement has a straight interior wall and excavation showed it had been at least partly paved.
