Road under bridge at Barley Hayes. May have originated as a timber viaduct of circa 41m carrying the Torrington and Marland light railway. By 1906 there was a single span of 7m. This bridge was giving trouble in 1903 and amongst the brickwork of the later (?1920's)) ndcjlr arch bridge the stone abutments of the t and mr bridge can be seen (messenger).
