(21/04/1993) Cairn mound measures 8m in diameter and stands up to 0.7m high. A slight central hollow, 1.5m by 0.9m by 0.1m deep, suggests partial early excavation or robbing.

Great Nodden cairn '7' at SX53338687 of 5.5 metres diameter by 0.3 metres high. One of a group of four cairns to the south-west of Great Nodden.

SX53338688 A Round Cairn was located here 765m SW of Great Nodden. The Round Cairn is of Bronze Age date.

This monument includes a round cairn situated on the gentle south-facing spur of Great Nodden overlooking the valley of the River Lyd. The cairn mound measures 8 metres in diameter and stands up to 0.7 metres high. A slight hollow in the centre of the mound suggests partial early excavation or robbing.
