A prehistoric stone hut circle, which was later adapted as a shelter, 25 metres north of the Hook Lake enclosure on the eastern flank of the River Erme. The original internal diameter was approximately 5.5 metres but the walls, which were probably double-faced, were much disturbed when an approximately rectangular shelter was constructed against the northern interior by erecting a partition wall. The interior of the shelter is approximately 4.4 metres by 2 metres. Despite the disturbance several orthostats of the original circle survive on the south side and the opening for the entrance is clear on the south-west.
