(30/03/1999) A line of inscribed boundary stones and rocks which extends between the Becka Brook and Crownley Parks marking part of the boundary of the Domesday manor of Bagtor or 'Bagathora'. The stones consist of roughly hewn granite posts each bearing the inscription 'I' for Ilsington parish and 'B' for Bagtor Manor.
Their positions are:
SX 7456 7718; SX 7471 7703; SX 7516 7668; SX 7532 7661; SX 7545 7656; SX 7592 7633; SX 7607 7625; SX 7620 7612.
There is also one boundary rock in the line at SX 7571 7645 which has its upper face inscribed.
