Hut Circle of 6.8 metres diameter on the southern side of the western portion of the enclosure at 'Mardle Ring' with an entrance to the south.

This site was considered for designation as a Scheduled Ancient Monument during the Monument Protection Programme. The programme ended before the entire list of sites was successfully scheduled so this is included on a local list of Nationally Important Sites.

Field Investigation on 26th June 1977. At SX 67556867 a settlement enclosure with a probable Type I hut circle, internal diameter 6.5 metres, the walls 2.0 metres wide and in poor condition with a south facing entrance.
