Summary
Hut circle within a large settlement. Terraced into the hillslope and of the simple plan and double orthostat walling type. Interior measures 4.3m in diameter and is defined by a 1.2m wide wall standing up to 0.8m high. Doorway survives as a gap in the surrounding wall and faces south-south-east. This building is attached to the lower side of a lynchet forming part of an irregular aggregate field system.

(SX 5768 7018) Hut circle within a large settlement. Terraced into the hillslope and of the simple plan and double orthostat walling type. Interior measures 4.3m in diameter and is defined by a 1.2m wide wall standing up to 0.8m high. Doorway survives as a gap in the surrounding wall and faces south-south-east. This building is attached to the lower side of a lynchet forming part of an irregular aggregate field system.

Visited 15/01/2020. Monument difficult to discern, particularly with 4 figure grid refs. Site mainly identified by relationship to surrounding walls and other positively identified hut circles in the vicinity. Overall condition moderate. Photo taken.
