Holloway leading to the farmstead is 2.6 metres wide and 1.0 metre deep, and is defined on the northern side by a drystone revetment and on the southern side by a 1.2 metre wide and 0.7 metre high drystone wall. The east end of the holloway is blocked by a 0.9 metre wide and 1.0 metre high drystone wall.
