Forms part of Trowlesworthy Warren, the mound survives as a 23.7m by 6.5m by 0.8m high, flat topped, oblong shaped mound of soil and stone surrounded on four sides by the 2m wide and 0.5m deep ditch from which construction material was quarried.

(30/06/1994) SX 5803 6424 Pillow mound forming part of Trowlesworthy Warren. Survives as a 23.7m by 6.5m by 0.8m high, flat topped, oblong shaped mound of soil and stone surrounded on four sides by the 2m wide and 0.5m deep ditch from which construction material was quarried.

SX 5804 6427 Sub-rectangular earthen mound set within clitter. Surrounded by ditch 1.5m wide, 0.2m deep.25m by 8m by 0.5m high. Oriented north-north-west by south-south-east.

Only one pillow mound depicted on the GIS survey layer based on the 2002 visits, so it is thought that Gerrard and the National Trust report (1994) are referrring to the same feature (Richards, A. F., 05/05/2020).
