Summary

A short stretch of stony bank, 18m long, 1.7m wide and 0.3m high composed of small stones is exposed in an abandoned peat tie at SX 62187634. Located just beneath present ground level, it is probably prehistoric and may be an indicator to more extensive remains beneath the peat on this low hill at the S end of Cherrybrook Newtake.

Located just beneath present ground level, it is probably prehistoric and may be an indicator to more extensive remains beneath the peat on this low hill at the S end of Cherrybrook Newtake.
