(19/07/1989) A small cairn situated at SX 62407865 on a moderate, E slope on a bluff above the right bank of the Cherry Brook.
An almost circular cairn of small to medium size stones, now largely turf-covered, 3.7 to 4m in diameter and 0.2 to 0.5m high with a central depression 0.15m deep.
Although possibly the result of clearance associated with a nearby settlement (see SX 67 NW 167), this cairn could be sepulchral given the absence of other clearance features.

(17/09/1998) Despite extensive search of the area, the cairn could not be located.
