Summary

A pair of slotted gateposts of Worth's type A (1953) each with four rectangular slots were recorded in 1989. The eastern post is 1.25m high, 0.55m wide and 0.3m thick. It tapers towards the top. The western post, now drilled with iron hinge supports for the modern footpath gate, is 1.4m high, 0.4m wide and 0.3m thick. The top slot is slightly broken.

A pair of slotted gateposts of Worth's type A (1953, 362, fig 4) each with four rectangular slots.
The E post is 1.25m high, 0.55m wide and 0.3m thick. It tapers towards the top.
The W post, now drilled with iron hinge supports for the modern footpath gate, is 1.4m high, 0.4m wide and 0.3m thick. The top slot is slightly broken.
