(20/07/1989) Fragmentary remains of Prehistoric linear banks at SX 63257800 and SX 63157788 on the SW slope of Arch Tor.
SX 63257800 A low turf covered and occasionally stoney lynchet averaging 0.8m wide and 0.2m high, running a sinuous course 180m and aligned broadly NW to SE.
SX 63157788 A short length of stoney bank, mainly of earth-fast stones running E to W for 45m.
Both features occupy ground which has been intensively exploited for surface stone. In character they are Prehistoric but their true context is now lost.
