A short length of field bank at Powder Mills, starting at SX 62717737 running N for 50m to SX 62727742; then turning NW; ending at SX 62707744 30m further on. It is a substantial bank of earth and stone averaging 3m in width and 1m in height and is probably part of a newtake boundary of 19th century date, pre-dating the gunpowder works.

(07/09/1989) A short length of field bank at Powder Mills, starting at SX 62717737 running N for 50m to SX 62727742; then turning NW; ending at SX 62707744 30m further on. It is a substantial bank of earth and stone averaging 3m in width and 1m in height and is probably part of a newtake boundary of 19th century date, pre-dating the gunpowder works.
