Full description
Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.
Hut circle shown on 19th century map.
Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division, 1979, SX67NW61, SX67NW61 (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV266771.
Visited on 4th september 1950. Hut 'I'. Double-walled. Turf covered stones with entrance on south-east side. Diameter 4.5 metres, height 0.25 metres, wall 1 metre wide. Very poor condition.
Royal Commission for the Historical Monuments of England, 1987-1993, Duchy Farms Project Survey Visit (Report - Survey). SDV350839.
Visited on 2nd August 1988. Turf covered wall 1.3 metres wide, 0.3 metres high surrounds shallow scoop of 2.5 metres diameter, excavated into wall running north-west from Hut 'j'. The hut has been much disturbed and neither entrance nor facing slabs visible.
