'BOAT HOUSE' AT MARISTOW QUAY SHOWN ON OS (1890) MAP. STONE RUBBLE WITH RED COLOUR-WASHED DIAMOND SLATE ROOF. FULL HEIGHT ENTRANCE AT W END WITH METAL GRILLE GATES. INSIDE A LADDER + PLATFORM IN NE CORNER LEADING TO DOOR ONTO QUAY. BLOCKED WINDOW IN CENTRE OF N WALL AND TWO BLOCKED WINDOWS IN S WALL (DYER + MANNING).
