Wymer, J. J., Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV12439.

Palmer's examination of the collection identified the following mesolithic pieces: 1 pick, 8 cores, 100 blades and flakes, 18 scrapers, 150 other pieces and 24 microliths. The rest of the collection assigned to other periods (wymer).

Doe (1933 + 1939) refers to the site being a strip of gardens recently cultivated between the road and railway before the weare gifford turning. Therefore ngr of ss46252255 more appropriate. Raf 1946 ap shows market garden here (horner).
