Exeter Archaeology, 1993 - 1994, Untitled Source (Archive - Survey). SDV339669.
Vis=14/7/1993 (emafu) shown on tm no.175 and described as "cottage adjoining churchyard (owned by parish)". Site is in angle of hedges between road and churchyard. No traces visible. Area obscured by storage of silage bags, however.
House also shown on 1st ed. Os 6" map. Owner says he knew of its existence.
