Summary

A minor domestic pot water leat which apparently served Swincombe Farm commences in a shallow reed-covered silted valley at SX 63377251. It drops between about 322m and 320m acorss the steep S slope and now ends in disturbed ground at SX 63617250; its course eastwards towards the farm has been effaced. It measures 0.5m wide and is a silted 0.2m deep with a slight bank on the downhill side.

(05/04/1988) A minor domestic pot water leat which apparently served Swincombe Farm commences in a shallow reed-covered silted valley at SX 63377251. It drops between about 322m and 320m across the steep S slope and now ends in disturbed ground at SX 63617250; its course eastwards towards the farm has been effaced. It measures 0.5m wide and is a silted 0.2m deep with a slight bank on the downhill side.
