Summary

An apparently unfinished wall running N-S along the gently sloping hillside E of Stannon Brook. Large granite boulders and occasional stone heaps form an intermittent line between SX 65058025 and the newtake wall to the S. Some of the stones have been drill split and the feature does not rise above two courses, 0.7m high.

Royal Commission for the Historical Monuments of England, 1987-1993, Duchy Farms Project Survey Visit, S. Probert (Report - Survey). SDV350839.

(08/03/1989) SX 65058025 to SX 65058037. An apparently unfinished wall running N-S along the gently sloping hillside E of Stannon Brook. Large granite boulders and occasional stone heaps form an intermittent line between SX 65058025 and the newtake wall to the S. Some of the stones have been drill split and the feature does not rise above two courses, 0.7m high.
