Domestic leat for Stannon Cottage starts at SX65068104 on the west bank of Stannon Brook. 1989 survey recorded the leat measuring 0.9 metres wide and 0.6 metres deep. Sharply cut, it was apparently in use until recent years.

SX65068104 to SX65018070. The domestic leat for Stannon Cottage depicted on Ordnance Survey map 1:2500 (1952) starts at SX65068104 on the west bank of Stannon Brook. The leat, 0.9 metres wide and 0.6 metres deep, is sharply cut and was apparently in use until recent years since when water has been piped to the cottage (citing Probert, S. A. J., 8/3/1989, Royal Commission on the Historic Monuments in England field investigation).
