Full description

RCHME, Untitled Source (Report - Survey). SDV259522.

Vis=4/11/1992 (rchme) a line of 7 equally spaced pits at intervals of 11.5m are situated along a slight ridge which lies between a heavily silted stream and the b3212 road. Each pit is of uniform style, 6.2m in diam, 1m deep with vertical sides and a rim of earth and stone 1.5m wide and 0.5m high around the top.
