Site visit on 28th September 1995. Torrington Museum currently holds a portion of the sculpted crowned head of a medieval king that was recently found at the Globe Hotel in Torrington. It is thought that it may have been part of the medieval church that was accidentally blown up in 1646. It is intended to have the piece identified by Exeter Museum.
