02/06/1995 (SX 5949 6685) Hut circle within an enclosure forming part of an agglomerated enclosure including at least 5 distinct areas. Both huts are terraced into the hillslope and are of the simple plan and rubble bank walling type (see also MDV126622).
The interior of the northern building measures 5.5m in diameter and is defined by a 1.6m wide wall standing up to 0.6m high. A gap in the surrounding wall faces north and may represent an original doorway. The enclosure boundary to the east of this hut appears to deviate to avoid this building, though the one on the west abuts. This hut would therefore appear to predate the agglomerated enclosure, into which it was eventually included when the third element of the enclosure was added.
