Includes a sub rectangular pit, 2.3 metres by 1.2 metres by 0.4 metres deep with an associated crescent shaped bank standing up to 0.4 metres high lying immediately downslope. Further pits with similar dimensions lie within the vicinity beyond the edge of the monument.

(SX 5951 6678) Prospecting pit situated within agglomerated settlement. Includes a sub rectangular pit, 2.3m by 1.2m by 0.4m deep with an associated crescent shaped bank standing up to 0.4m high lying immediately downslope. Further pits with similar dimensions lie within the vicinity beyond the edge of the monument.
May be contemporary with the nearby tin streamwork at SX 5931 6678 and the tinwork at SX 5940 6661.
