Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division, 1950, SX56NE78, Hut H (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV163730.

(02/05/1950) SX 5908 6545 Hut H; one of a group of eight huts (G-N) described by the Ordnance Survey as being smaller than Huts A-F, averaging 5.5 metres in diameter. They are in poor condition generally, the walling in most parts has collapsed, average height 0.4 metres. Entrances are not obvious.

(SX59086544) Hut D. Simple plan and rubble bank walling type. Is 4.6m in diameter and the surrounding 1.4m wide wall stands up to 0.6m high. The doorway survives as a gap in the surrounding wall, is flanked both sides by granite slab and faces south east, which is directly upslope.

Hut circle shown in northern part of Settlement 'D' at 'upper Hentor Brook' with an entrance to the south-east and a straight section of wall running north-west from the north side of the hut.
