(SX 5910 6545). One of two hut circles and length of boundary forming part of a partially enclosed stone hut circle settlement (see also MDV126600). These buildings survive as banks of earth and stone surrounding a circular internal area and are linked to each other by a length of rubble bank which is up to 2m wide and 0.6m high. The relationship between the buildings and the rubble bank is unclear. Both huts are of the simple plan and rubble bank walling type.
The interior of the western hut is 3.1m in diameter and is defined by a 1.2m wide wall standing up to 0.7m high, except on the north-west side where a slight terrace survives. A small structure identified by othe Ordnance Survey and Butler attached to the outer face of this hut is probably a natural hollow within the clitter.
