(02/05/1950) SX 5912 6540 Hut J; one of a group of eight huts (G-N) described by the Ordnance Survey as being smaller than Huts A-F, averaging 5.5 metres in diameter. They are in poor condition generally, the walling in most parts has collapsed, average height 0.4 metres. Entrances are not obvious.

(SX 5911 6539) Hut A. Simple plan and double orthostat walling type. Interior is 5m in diameter and the surrounding 1.3m wide wall stands up to 0.8m high. A gap in the surrounding wall facing south may represent an original doorway.

(06/02/2020) Condition of hut assessed as good; vegetation encroachment is threatening this feature. A very stone strewn site, wall lines / reaves are hard to distinguish in general boulder covered area. All huts recorded in this area have moderate to significant amount of low level bracken.
