Full description
Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division, 1979, SX56NE97, SX56NE97 (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV148977.
Eastern hut is D-shaped and has an entrance in the south. Measuring 5.1 metres north to south by 4.7 metres internally it possesses walls 1.4 metres wide and 0.3 metres high. Both huts have been terraced into the gently sloping hillside to provide level interiors and both now serve as repositories for cleared surface stone.

Visited on 3rd May 1995. Two huts at SX 5934 6610 and SX 5932 6610. The interior of the east hut is 4.5 metres in diameter and the surrounding 1.4 metres wide wall stands up to 0.5 metres high. This hut is site No.102951 in the National Trust Upper Plym inventory.

(24/03/2020) Condition of huts assessed as very good. Western hut circle – site description from HER is accurate however entrance is believed to be south not south-west. Eastern hut entrance believed to be on west side not south. Site little visited and area is lightly grazed, no damage evident. Site is stable.
