Hut circle in enclosure south-west of Shavercombe Tor lies within the western part of enclosure of 3.4 metres diameter with walls 1.9 metres wide wall by 0.5 metres high. A gap in the south wall facing may represent an original doorway

(19/09/1950) Enclosure and three hut circles. Hut C (remains of) Diameter 5.0 metres. No visible entrance.

(SX 5931 6603) Hut B. One of six. Lies within the western part of enclosure and is of the simple plan and earthwork walling type.
Interior is 3.4m in diameter and is defined by a 1.9m wide wall standing up to 0.5m high. A gap in the surrounding wall facing s may represent an original doorway.
This is site no.102 952c in the National Trust Upper Plym inventory.

(16/03/2020) Condition of hut assessed as very good; enclosure (MDV3346) area is lightly grazed and crossed with animal tracks but no damage evident. No damage agents identified at time of survey affecting this hut. Site is generally stable.
