Horner, B., 1996, Untitled Source (Personal Comment). SDV100864.

Visited 13/06/1996. A pair of military buildings visible from airfield at SY00969441 and SY00989438 (Monument 78388). These are fairly slight structures and could be observation posts or some other form of ancillary building associated with Exeter Airfield.

Francis, P., 1999, Exeter Airport. Historic Airport Survey for Devon County Council & East Devon District Council, 104 (Report - non-specific). SDV323390.

In fair condition. Other details: Site 46; Plate 36.

CPM, 2000, Land at Clyst Hayes: an archaeological assessment (Report - Assessment). SDV325508.
