Full description

WORRALL, Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV100890.

90 acres of land at waterslade farm was bought from the church commissioners to create exeter airport in 1936. However the farm buildings survived at the north western side of the airfield until at least 1938 (presumably wartime expansion of the airfield caused their demolition) (worrall).
