Four rectilinear pitched-roofed structures, arranged as a quadrangle, are visible on aerial photographs taken between 1942 and 1946. They vary in size and form, between 6.5 and 8 metres wide and 11 to 28 metres long; the northernmost has a central porch on its north side. They are linked to the road on the east by what seems to be a surfaced road. They are depicted on a military plan as SAA stores and are associated with Harrowbeer Second World War airfield. The superstructures are not visible on aerial photographs taken in 1951, but the road and hut bases remain visible on later aerial photographs including those taken in 2018.
