Full description

Adit recorded to the east of Blackwalls shaft by Richardson. Other details: Fig 17.

Adit shown on OS (1884) map next to the south bank of a reservoir (see PRN 71365) at Wheal Anna Maria mine. It may have drained the lode worked by Blackwell's Shaft to the west (see PRN 3871). The survey found a collapsed adit portal 2.75m high with a long cutting 0.75m wide x 1m deep along the south side of the bank of the reservoir pond. Other details: Site 123 & 124.
