Full description

Ordnance Survey, 1907, 105 SW (Cartographic). SDV276342.

Also appears on OS 6" (1907) map. Runs from area of Agnes Shaft (see PRN 3872) to near Engine Shaft at Wheal Josiah (see PRN 51099).

Site of a leat shown on 19C maps running from the reservoir pond at SX42807359 (see PRN 71424) to the wheelpit at SX43427361. The survey in 2002 found the overgrown leat at SX42817359 going under the railway line to Field Shaft. At SX43357346 the leat was 1.8m wide with a 0.6m high x 0.7m wide bank on the downslope side. A connecting leat was found running from SX43207347 to SX42907344 (see PRN 56108). Other details: Sites 162,162/1.
